We're a husband-and-wife duo — Nick on cello and baritone ukulele, Brooke on vocals and dynamic foot percussion, with layered harmonies woven through all of it.

We started playing weddings in 2018 in the Asheville area, made our way to the Outer Banks in 2020, and have been part of OBX celebrations ever since. Our job isn't just to play music — it's to hold the feel of the whole day, from the first guest arriving to the last goodbye, so you can actually be in it.

What Every Package Includes
Whichever you choose, you always get the following — no upgrades required.
Most ceremony musicians in the Outer Banks are solo performers starting at $400–$850 per set. Brooke & Nick are something different — two professional artists, playing together since 2018, with professional-grade sound systems, MC capabilities, and the experience to hold every moment of your day. One booking. Two musicians. The whole day in good hands.
- Live prelude (10–15 min) as guests arrive and find their seats — setting the tone before the ceremony begins
- Acoustic ceremony — ukulele, cello & harmonies; nothing between you and the music
- Processional(s) — timed & cued to your wedding party; we've held hundreds of these moments

- Post-ceremony plugged-in set as guests mingle and portraits begin — your picks from our shared setlist
- Full professional PA system — crisp, clear sound from ceremony through cocktail hour
- Full cocktail-hour set while your guests settle in and the celebration finds its feet

Travel
We're based on the Outer Banks and happy to travel for your celebration.
Billed at $0.75/mile round-trip from Nags Head, plus any required ferry costs.
Food & Lodging
For out-of-town events we ask for a $50 food stipend for the event day (and any travel days), plus a safe, clean place to stay the night of the event — and the night before when timing calls for it.
This helps us arrive rested, grounded, and ready to give you our very best.
A non-refundable 30% deposit is due upon contract signing to secure your date. All packages include full PA system, setup, and breakdown.
